My husband and I have ordered meal delivery off and on for 10+ years, and Live Deeply Nourished is by far the best company we have used. We have been blown away by the quality, taste, and variety of the meals. Healthy food that tastes amazing -- win win. We are spending less on restaurants and eating more healthfully. My husband's cholesterol numbers have also improved since changing his diet to include more plant-forward meals (we are not vegetarians -- at all! -- but Chef Alec helps us incorporate more veggies into our diets because they are so tasty). There are NO words to describe how grateful I am to have found Alec and Deeply Nourished! I have severe celiac disease and have never found anyone I trust to cook for me…until now. The food is healthy and best of all, totally delicious. I am sadly moving soon, and these meals are what I will miss most about San Diego. NOTHING compares!!!!
