What days / time do you deliver? Will I be notified?

We delivery every Monday and Wednesday. Delivery update notifications will be sent to the mobile phone you use on your profile. 


Delivery times vary, however we aim to stick to the below times. 


Are there options for gluten-free? Dairy-free? Soy-free?

Yes, we are 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. Every item we make is without gluten, dairy and soy. 

How do I reheat my meal?

Reheating your meal is simple and can be done using the following methods. 

Just remember to remove the lid and any sauce container before reheating: 

Microwave: Remove the lid and any sauce container inside the box. Heat in the microwave for approximately 90 seconds or until hot all the way through. Rest assured, our plant fiber box is microwave safe. 

Stove: Place the contents into a sauté pan with 1 teaspoon of water. Heat covered on low for approximately 3 minutes or until hot all the way through. 

Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, then empty the contents onto your favorite baking dish. Heat for 5-7 minutes or until hot all the way through.

What surfaces is the food cooked on?

We don’t use any nonstick surfaces in the kitchen. We use parchment lined baking sheets, and stainless steel cookware. That’s it! 

Is the insulated delivery bag is returnable?

Absolutely! Please leave your last delivery bag out for it to be replaced by your upcoming bag. Our delivery drivers will swap the bags out.
